Candidate must have passed Karnataka 2nd PUC / 10+2 with a minimum of 45% aggregate marks in Physics and Mathematics along with Chemistry / Biotechnology / Biology / Electronics / Computer Science (40% for SC, ST, Category-1 and OBC candidates of Karnataka).
Open to candidates across India who have qualified in the COMEDK UGET entrance examination. Candidates must satisfy the AICTE / VTU minimum percentage criteria in their qualifying 10+2 board examinations with English as a compulsory language.
Direct institutional quota admissions are based on academic performance in qualifying 10+2 exams. Lateral Entry: Diploma holders in engineering with 45% aggregate marks (40% for reserved) are eligible for direct admission to 2nd year B.E. (3rd semester).
